At BROKRS Panama we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, which cookies we use, and the rights you have over your personal data. By using our portal brokrs.pa you accept the practices described here.
1. Legal framework
This policy is governed by Law 81 of 2019 on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Panama and its applicable regulatory provisions. BROKRS Panama acts as the data controller for personal data collected through the brokrs.pa portal.
2. Data we collect
We collect the following personal data when you complete our contact forms:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Message you send us
- Property of interest (if the form comes from a specific listing)
We also automatically collect browsing data through the analytics and marketing tools described in section 4 (pages visited, time on site, country of origin, device type).
3. Purpose of data use
We use your data exclusively for:
- Responding to your inquiry about properties or services.
- Following up on your request with our team of advisors.
- Sending you an email confirmation of your message.
- Improving the portal through portal usage analytics.
- Measuring the performance of our marketing campaigns and showing you relevant content.
Your personal data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. We only share it with the strictly necessary service providers (email delivery, analytics, marketing, and security) described in section 4, under confidentiality agreements.
4. Cookies and tracking technologies
A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. We use cookies and equivalent tracking technologies (pixels, scripts) of the following categories:

The tools listed are provided by third parties (Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc., and Cloudflare Inc.) located outside the Republic of Panama. These providers may process your data according to their own privacy policies, available below:

We are evaluating the implementation of a prior consent mechanism for non-essential cookies. In the meantime, you can manage your preferences from your browser settings or through specialized extensions.
5. Data retention
We retain contact form data for a maximum of 2 years for commercial follow-up purposes, unless you request deletion beforehand.
6. Your rights (ARCO+R)
Under Law 81 of 2019, as the owner of your personal data you have the following rights, known as ARCO+R:
- Access: request what data we hold about you.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Cancellation (erasure): request deletion of your data from our records.
- Objection: object to the processing of your data for commercial or marketing purposes.
- Revocation of consent: withdraw, at any time, the consent previously given for the processing of your data.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us at info@brokrs.pa with "Privacy" in the subject line. We will respond within 10 business days.
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted access to the leads database, and email providers with security certifications.
8. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to update this policy. Material changes will be announced via a notice on the portal. The current version is always available at brokrs.pa/en/privacidad.
