  • Message you send us
  • Property of interest (if the form comes from a specific listing)

We also automatically collect non-identifiable browsing data through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GTM): pages visited, time on site, country of origin, device type.

2. Purpose of data use

We use your data exclusively for:

  • Responding to your inquiry about properties or services.
  • Following up on your request with our team of advisors.
  • Sending you an email confirmation of your message.
  • Improving the portal through anonymous usage analytics.

Your personal data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. We only share it with strictly necessary service providers (email delivery service) under confidentiality agreements.

3. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use the following cookies:

  • Google Analytics (GA4): collects anonymous browsing data to improve portal content. You can disable it with browser extensions like uBlock Origin or through Google Analytics Opt-out.
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM): tag management tool that may load additional analytics scripts. It does not collect personally identifiable information on its own.
